A Typical Visit
Your first visit is 60 minutes. Expect a thorough history and exam in which we will create a plan of care and begin implementing it. Visits often consist of manual therapy to address the soft tissues, manipulation to address the joints, and therapeutic exercise to treat and prevent any further injury. Self-care strategies are given and reviewed at the end of most visits. Follow-up visits usually last 30 minutes and will be scheduled at your own needs.
